The record covers the whole rehab practice: each session has its own therapy form — points and techniques for acupuncture (with the TCVM diagnosis in the assessment), segments and adjustments for chiropractic, techniques and regions for osteopathy. Hydrotherapy, laser and other modalities sit under physiotherapy. It works for dogs, cats and horses, with the reference pain scale for each species.

No. The AI assistant answers and suggests based on respected sources — you review everything before it goes into the record. The clinical decision always belongs to the veterinarian.

Yes. It installs as an app on your phone. Sessions, weights, notes and appointments are saved with no signal and upload when the connection comes back; adding a new patient and using the AI need internet.

Yes. In Settings › Schedule and care you create a subscription link and add it to Google Calendar, iPhone/Mac Calendar or Outlook: your whole schedule appears there and updates itself (Google Calendar can take a few hours to show a change). Anyone with the link sees your times and the animals’ names, so you can generate a new link or turn it off whenever you want.

From a closed list of the most respected references in animal rehabilitation — PubMed, AAHA, WSAVA, ACVSMR, Merck/MSD Vet Manual, Frontiers, SciELO and the like. When a question calls for evidence, the answer cites its sources.

No: on the Patients screen, tap the ⋯ next to New patient and choose Import from spreadsheet — it brings in your patients and pet parents all at once and accepts CSV, XLSX and XLS. If you arrive with a spreadsheet, you start seeing patients the same day.

Each account is isolated in the database, data is encrypted and we follow the LGPD, Brazil’s data protection law — including recorded consent for recording visits. The data is yours: export it whenever you want.

The Clinic plan covers up to 6 vets (and Clinic Pro has no cap), with role-based permissions and a management view of finances and the schedule.

Yes, with no penalty and no lock-in. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid; after that, your account goes read-only: nothing is deleted, you can view and export everything — and if you come back, it’s all there.

The app’s interface is. Some parts are still Brazil-first: the drug formulary and prescriptions follow Brazilian rules (ANVISA/MAPA); the exercise library is in Portuguese; turning a recorded visit into notes, day prep and the AI-written pet-parent message work in Portuguese only; and online booking and the pet-parent app show São Paulo time. Plans are billed in Brazilian reais (R$).
